CUSTOM ORDERS

Because many of our products are  made from natural wood, grain patterns and paint/stain colors  may differ slightly to the photos on this website.  We strive to work closely with the customer to insure that each order is to the customer's specifications.  

Our products are unique and created individually for each order.

 

Custom order inquiries are welcome at KCD.   Special requests can be e-mailed to:  sales@kilpatrickcustomdesigns.com.

 

Custom orders are processed a little differently.  Working with the customer,  an artist proof will be sent via text or e-mail to the customer to insure that spelling and all other related information is correct.  Once the customer has approved the artwork/design, a Paypal invoice showing the cost, including tax and shipping, will be sent to the e-mail address on file.  After payment is received, production will begin and a photo of the finished product will be sent to the customer to insure the item(s) are correct prior to shipping.

Production lead time for custom orders, which is usually 2 - 3 weeks following design approval, will be provided at the time of ordering.  Rush order processing may be available for an additional fee.

SHIPPING

 

We ship most items via US Priority Mail or for small, light weight items First Class mail. UPS shipping is available for larger items and may be required depending on the weight of the items ordered. 

The customer can request special shipping instructions at time of order including international shipments. We will make every effort to accommodate all shipping requests.

Tracking numbers for Items shipped via US Priority Mail and UPS will be provided via e-mail or text at time of shipping.

We are happy to offer hand written notes. Add a hand written note card and you have just greatly influenced a persons day.

We're sorry you're not in love with your purchase.  If your purchase arrived damaged or not as described, please send an email to sales@kcdpersonalization.com with your order information within 30 days of receiving your product and we will take care of the rest.  After 30 days, we will happily issue a store credit.  Custom or personalized items are non-returnable but please contact us if you are not happy and we will do our best to take care of you.
